How to use:
1. Apply loose powder or eyeshadow to remove excess oil.
2. Using the tip or the side of the pen, sweep it along the lash line from inner to outer corner.
3. When the color is not coming out smoothly, shake 2-3 times and wipe the tip with damp tissues.
